Hello Housatonians,
Happy New Year to our chapter members. As the cliché would have it, 2020 has clear hindsight and what might be your vision for the coming year? Let us start the year off right with attending the January chapter meeting. As usual, Roy & Ross have come up with an electrifying topic for our gathering. Be sure to confirm attendance with Roy via his email.
Our Holiday Gathering at Biagio’s Osteria was an enjoyable kick-off to the holiday season. Members and their guests enjoyed the holiday feast from appetizers through entrées to dessert. Attendees were treated to a chocottone for breakfast the next morning! Thank you for the generosity of chapter members who contributed to our holiday charitable giving to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. A Housatonic chapter tradition continues.
In a far-sighted thought, we have scheduled our ever-popular April Specifier’s Roundtable. This is a joint meeting with the Hartford Chapter. I do not like identifying a program as an annual event, but this one should have that recognition.
I am working on the Tiny Home visit in Stratford, Connecticut for May. More information will be forthcoming. This will be an opportunity to consider downsizing.
See you in Milford,
Bill Selski, CSI, CDT, RA;
